We are confident in the qualify of our products and many items are covered by warranties. for each orders ready to ship will send a email for confirmation, due to our each wigs are tailer-made, therefore there are no return options without product shipping damage.  

Please contact us at Email: kkstart.wig@gmail.com (For customer consultation) to initiate your return request. Refund will be given in your original form of payment and applied when the returned product arrives at kkstartwig.com 

Please keep in mind that the product is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it's important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.

Return Window	30 days from Delivery Date (15 days for Non-registered members)
Item Condition	New / The wore items are not acceptable
Return Reason and Fees	Customer Responsibility (Remorse)  No Fee (Defective)
Refund Time	The refund will be returned to your original account/card within 3-7 business days. Please understand that the refund time depends on the processing speed of the bank pr PayPal.
